* Registration fee includes: Sessions, proceedings CD, two coffee
breaks per day, and an evening reception on day one.
- Note 1: At least one author must register for the
conference and submit the applicable fees by August 29th
to ensure the inclusion of the paper in the program and
proceedings. This also includes Internet submissions.
All those attending the conference must register for the
conference.
- Note 2: In appreciation of previous attendees, there
will be a 5% discount on the registration fee for
returning authors.
