Registration Fee

All conference attendees must pay the registration fee.

Two free workshops offered at the conference:

1) Grant-writing, which will provide a variety of tips on developing ideas, transforming these ideas into strong proposals, and submission of proposals;

2) Analytics in Education, which will provide an overview of statistical methods and use of data sources in educational settings. 

Online registration for the conference

Registration fee includes

• Admission to the conference
• An approximate 30-minute time slot to present one ( or max two) papers
• Inclusion paper in the proceedings
• A copy of the proceedings CD
• A remembrance gift
• Admission to coffee breaks and an evening reception on day one

Additional charge

There is an additional charge per additional paper if presenting more than two papers at the conference.

Registration cancellation

Here is the registration cancellation policy:

·  A $30 fee is assessed if notice of cancellation is received before October 13.

·  A $60 fee is assessed if notice of cancellation is received on or after October 13 and before October 20.

·  No refund will be given for cancellations received on or after October 20.

Important notes

• At least one author must register for the conference and submit the applicable fees by October 13, 2014 to ensure the inclusion of the paper in the program and proceedings. This also includes Internet submissions. All conference participants must register for the conference.

• In appreciation of previous attendees, there will be a discount on the registration fee for authors who have participated in our past conferences.
